We all try to live in the moment right? To live every day like it could be our last and to enjoy the ride. But, having a countdown to look forward to, a time when you get to cut loose, let your hair down (or put your ears on) and your worries aside, is thrilling. We all need things to look forward to. Life in Colorado is gorgeous and fun and when we get away, we love traveling to different places and seeing new and exciting things but going to Disney is by far our favorite place to go. The vision that Walt Disney had for this magical kingdom is awe inspiring. The notion that “All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them” is something I try to remember and live by every day.
Our love of Disney is one of the great things that happened to bring us together! We planned our first Disney trip together only months after we started dating! I have been going to Disney since I was a kid. My mom was a teacher and took me on several trips with her students, my parents and I visited Disneyland when I was younger and I had gone on several more trips there as an adult. I introduced my husband to Disney as an adult and now we are true self-proclaimed Disnerds.
We don’t just travel to Disney though. We love to adventure all throughout our beautiful home state of Colorado, across the United States to places like Nashville, San Diego, Kauai, Wine Country, Washington D.C. and more. There is so much to explore! Beyond these borders, we enjoy getting to know new cultures, new tastes, new sites and new things to love all over this amazing globe.
